Long Term Care Insurance Submission and Placement Process:
It is required that you have a Life & Health/Disability insurance license as well as the appropriate Long Term Care Continuing Education to write Long Term Care.
This form gives us the details for your clients’ desired benefits. We are happy to provide you a quote however in order to be compliant it is required you have your LTC continuing education. Request a Quote
Health is a critical factor in qualifying for Long Term Care. In order to determine if your client is a candidate for Long Term Care we have developed the Medical Questionnaire to give us a guideline in recommending the best product for your client(s). Medical Screening Form
Your business is a priority to us. Once we receive it, we scrub it that day and send it via priority mail to the carriers. You will receive regular updates providing you with the up to date status.
We receive the issued policy, review it for accuracy and priority mail it to you same day
Premium/Collection and Commission Payment
Once the delivery requirements are received in our office, they are priority mailed to the carriers. Commissions are paid directly to you from the carriers. The carriers pay weekly (direct deposit).
